The Educational Outreach Program is designed to inspire, educate and promote leadership and independence in the youth of our community.

The FBWGA Educational Outreach Program donates ‘Watermelon Growers Boxes’ complete with juvenile watermelon plants, fertilizer, growing instructions, and contest information to future watermelon growers 17 years of age and younger. By encouraging the youth in the community we are further nurturing the roots of our farming history and the promise of a prosperous agricultural future.
